1.The handfeeling and the key force are determined by the shrapnel,poor handfeeling after high temperature may be caused by the unstable quality of the shrapnel inside the switch.There are two kinds of shrapnel most commonly used,one shrapnel is made of silver-coated copper, and the other is stainless steel.Shrapnel made of silver-coated copper material will shrink seriously after passing through a high temperature furnace, which may lead to poor handfeeling,while stainless steel shrapnel can feel the same after passing through the high temperature furnace.

 

2.The tact switch is a switch that can be switched on instantly. It cannot be kept on for a long time when the high temperature is tested. Otherwise, quality problems may occur.

 

3.The solder temperature and SMT patch time are not set correctly when soldering.

Manual welding temperature should be controlled between 300 and 345℃ , the time should not exceed 2 seconds,DIP tact switch wave soldering temperature should not exceed 240℃  for 1.5 to 2 seconds or 235℃  for 3 to 5 seconds,SMT tact switch reflow soldering temperature shall not exceed 265 ℃ for 1.5~2 seconds or 260 ℃ for 2.5~5 seconds.

 

4.The switch may also be squeezed by the goods in the process of transportation, and deformation may occur in the case of poor packaging, which will also affects the handfeeling.
